Shipping Charge

• We ship worldwide. Due to light weight, we ship most orders by First Class Mail through US Post Office. For orders below $20, it costs only $2.00 per order. For orders above $20, we offer free shipping.
• We also offer expedited shipping service from UPS or USPS. Shipping charge is calculated based on weight and can be seen in shopping cart.

Shipping & Transit Time

All our jewelry are hand made. Every piece is perfect. We try our best to ship orders within 24 hours. If an item is out of stock, we have to make it, then it might take 10 days to ship your order.

• "USPS First Class" normally takes 1-3 business days to arrive. We will provide you tracking number if you are in US.
• "USPS First Class International" normally takes 3-10 business days to arrive depending on where you are. There is no tracking number for this service.
• "UPS Next Day", "UPS 2nd Day" and "UPS 3 Day" take 1-3 business days to arrive respectively.
• "UPS Ground" usually takes 1-6 business days
• "USPS Express" takes 1-2 business days to arrive.
• "UPS Priority" usually takes 1-3 business days

Shipping Internationally

• All import duties, tariffs and taxes are the responsibility of the customer which are not included in the shipping charge of your order. Based on our experience, small packages are generally not charged with any import duties, tariffs and taxes.
• Sometimes, customs do open packages for inspection. We are not responsible for any delay or problem caused by foreign customs. In the event the package was returned to us, we will issue credit of the product cost only. Please contact customs in your country before placing order.
• If you have purchased from any US retailers before, you should expect similar case on the transit time and import charges for your order from us.

Exchange & Return

We like our products and offer 30 days Exchange & Return policy. If you do not like the products after receiving them, please do not wear them. Contact us for an exchange or refund. Refund will be issued to original credit card after deducting $2.00 processing fee. Original shipping charge will not be refunded.

Cancel Order

When you place an order online, it will be forwarded to our warehouse immediately. If you want to cancel the order before the item is shipped, please send us email within 30 minutes after placing your order. Otherwise, there might be change through our credit card processor.
